Senior Director, Wealth Operations (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid work model. Other locations: Basildon, Bristol, Lichfield, and Bath, UK.

What you will do

• Lead the strategic direction, operational performance, and transformation of the entire Wealth Operations function.
• Own end-to-end outsourced platform service delivery, including onboarding, trading, settlements, client servicing, and reporting.
• Oversee Wealth Platforms, Complex Wealth and High Net Worth client servicing, outsourced operations, service delivery, governance, and commercial outcomes.
• Define and execute the future-state operating model and lead large-scale transformation programmes involving automation, AI adoption, workflow digitisation, robotics, straight-through processing, data analytics, and digital self-service.
• Drive productivity, cost optimisation, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, risk management, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Technology, Product, and Commercial teams; sponsor strategic client relationships; and develop high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines.

Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership experience across Wealth Management, Wealth Platforms, Investment Administration, or Asset Servicing.
• Proven experience leading complex operational environments and large transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of FCA-regulated businesses and outsourced operating models.
• Executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in technology-enabled change.
