Director, Transaction Management – Structured Finance

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of trade receivables securitisation programmes through business-as-usual operations.
• Oversee transaction performance, programme indicators, reporting reviews, KPI monitoring, and exception management.
• Act as the escalation point for operational, reporting, and transaction issues, coordinating resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of investor, client, and lender reporting, including the investigation of discrepancies, cashflow breaks, and data quality issues.
• Lead engagement with corporate clients, funders, banks, and operational partners, including governance meetings and operational reviews.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Transaction Management team while driving process improvement, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

• Expertise in structured finance, securitisation, or trade receivables finance.
• Strong understanding of transaction reporting, cashflow management, portfolio analysis, and governance frameworks.
