About the Role

You will lead European fund accounting delivery and client experience. You will coach the accounting team, maintain accounting standards and controls, improve delivery processes, manage client health, and partner with internal stakeholders to support client retention and expansion.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of fund accounting or fund administration experience
• 3–5 years managing teams and client relationships
• Experience coaching and developing talent
• Working knowledge of UK and Luxembourg fund structures and administration
• Experience with Jersey and Guernsey structures is a plus
• Experience delivering results across functions and meeting delivery and client-satisfaction targets
• Practical problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the fund accounting team
• Set standards for accounting quality, timely delivery, and client service
• Own accounting standards, review controls, and complex accounting matters
• Improve execution across fund administration, data collection, implementation, and support
• Plan team capacity and processes
• Use technology and automation to reduce manual work and strengthen controls
• Monitor client health, product usage, and satisfaction feedback
• Build relationships with fund finance and operations contacts
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and R&D on client requirements
• Identify portfolio expansion opportunities with Sales
• Build a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning
