Senior Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant (Oracle PPM Cloud)

Location: Hybrid in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle upon Tyne, Edinburgh, Belfast, United Kingdom, with occasional travel to the nearest base office.

What you will do

• Lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle PPM Cloud solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Run workshops and engage directly with business stakeholders, clients, programme teams, and solution architects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Provide expert guidance across Project Financial Management, Grants Management, and Project Execution Management.
• Manage configuration, testing, deployment, and support for Oracle quarterly release cycles.
• Drive best practice, continuous improvement, and successful enterprise transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• In-depth Oracle PPM Cloud implementation experience.
• Proven success delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects.
• Oracle E-Business Suite Project Accounting experience, including Billing and Costing.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and consultancy skills.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting environments.
• Functional expertise in Oracle Portfolio Project Management, Project Financial Management, Grants Management, and Project Execution Management.
• Experience with OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio, and SmartView.
• Experience with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodologies and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to challenge, influence, and advise senior stakeholders.
