Working Student (m/f/d) for Sales Operations (AI & Salesforce)

What you will do

• Implement and configure Salesforce functionality based on business requirements.
• Support AI use cases in data analysis, process automation, and decision support.
• Administer and continuously improve Salesforce objects, fields, permissions, flows, reports, dashboards, processes, and data quality.
• Develop and maintain smaller Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Coordinate with Business Lines and IT on product updates in existing opportunities and resolve Salesforce-related issues.
• Test, document, and support deployment of new functionality across Salesforce environments; evaluate and maintain connected SaaS and go-to-market tools.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in business informatics, computer science, business administration with a technical focus, or a comparable field, and remain enrolled for at least 12 months.
• Have strong practical experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Have hands-on experience with Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components, including the ability to independently implement smaller development tasks.
• Understand Salesforce automation, especially Flow, as well as data models, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
• Have basic knowledge of SOQL, Salesforce testing concepts, and deployment processes.
• Be interested in AI, digitalization, and automation, and be able to work confidently with third-party SaaS, go-to-market, and business applications.
• Confidently use common Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a structured and quality-conscious approach, and the ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Have good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of or initial practical experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
