Training & Development Internship - Summer 2027

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI; all positions are on-site.

What you will do

• Create training modules and materials supporting employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to improve training effectiveness.
• Review employee feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to training materials.

Requirements

• Full-time, 12-week internship open only to junior-status college students.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Articulate.
