What you will do

• Partner with subject matter experts to gather learning assets and publish their expertise in the digital learning ecosystem.
• Manage course publishing and media uploads in the Learning Management System while maintaining content governance and metadata standards.
• Explore and test platform capabilities to improve the learning platform experience.
• Organize and publish content across professional development programs.
• Monitor learner engagement, collect user feedback, and propose user experience improvements.

Requirements

• Currently be in the senior year of college pursuing a degree in Business, Education, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Be familiar with AI and digital learning platforms, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
• Demonstrate curiosity about AI trends, modern applications, and learning technology.
• Have strong communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and internal stakeholders.
• Have an eye for clean design, intuitive digital content flow, and user experience.
• Have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when managing digital assets.

Nice to have

• A proactive mindset and willingness to experiment with new digital tools and solve platform challenges.
• Previous exposure to digital learning tools, Learning Management Systems, Docebo, or Google Workspace.
