Regional Facilities Manager

Location: On-site at the Pennsylvania Branch, 700 hirify.global Way, Allentown, PA 18106, United States. Ability to travel to hirify.global's domestic and international locations is required.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage diverse facilities teams, including maintenance, grounds, and custodial staff.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and provide operational leadership.
• Plan budgets, capital expenses, and facilities projects.
• Audit and inspect buildings, sites, and equipment for appearance, repairs, and maintenance.
• Develop policies and guidelines for facilities inspection, setup, maintenance, and repair.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of experience with multiple large warehouses or retail locations.
• Experience managing budgets greater than $5 million.
• Experience with a computerized maintenance management system.
• Ability to travel to hirify.global's domestic and international locations.
