  • Demonstrated experience independently leading facility programs, vendor relationships, and significant, complex operational initiatives in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, Integrated Facility Management service models, CMMS platforms, service delivery standards, and major building systems.
  • Experience developing scopes of work, managing service contracts, and driving vendor accountability through performance management and governance.
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial information, evaluate risks, competing priorities, and intangible factors, and translate findings into practical actions.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence diverse vendors and cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond effectively to urgent, evolving, or uniquely complex operational issues.
  • Integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, a positive attitude, a growth mindset, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work 4–5 days per week from the Charlotte headquarters, travel regularly to Scout facilities, and attend in-person meetings and events; a valid driver’s license is required.
