Senior Product Manager (PMS Connectivity)

What you will do

• Develop value propositions, product concepts, upgrades, and the product strategy and vision for property connectivity.
• Manage third-party partnerships, including requirements, prioritization, product evolution, and coordination.
• Drive customer co-innovation to validate value drivers, define MVP and future features, and prioritize work based on effort and business value.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, release plans, budgets, and R&D capacity planning.
• Coordinate product, operational, functional, and technical streams with Product Marketing, Operations, and R&D teams.
• Participate in Agile events and ensure released solutions meet user needs and product-readiness guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive work-related experience, including travel industry experience, hospitality distribution, system connectivity, and product development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the hotel distribution landscape and CRS/PMS connectivity, including CRS, GDS, OTA, PMS, RMS, payment systems, content distribution, and channel management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret JSON and XML schemas.
• Knowledge of Open Travel Alliance XML schema and HTNG usage profiles.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in leading PMS platforms used across the hospitality industry.
