Technical Product Owner

Location: Paris (75002), France. Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end feature delivery, including pre-release planning, prioritization, timelines, deployment coordination, feature activation, production monitoring, and post-release success.
• Manage and prioritize the sprint backlog, balancing feature delivery with technical debt, optimization, and scalability in collaboration with Product Managers, the Tech Lead, and Infrastructure teams.
• Translate business roadmaps into technical epics and user stories and act as the technical bridge between Product Managers, engineering, and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with QA on acceptance criteria, sprint deliverables, and the Definition of Done.
• Act as the liaison for Support, Customer Success, and Expert Services by investigating production bugs, answering product inquiries, and gathering operational feedback.
• Contribute hands-on to prototypes, proof-of-concepts, technical investigations, and AI-enabled Agile workflows across a polyglot technology stack.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the software industry, ideally transitioning from an engineering role into a Product Owner or Technical Program Manager position.
• Proven experience managing technical backlogs, delivering complex projects, and demonstrating measurable impact on product performance or stability.
• Deep understanding of API design, system architecture, database interactions, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Ability to use AI tools across the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, story generation, acceptance testing definition, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and enterprise integrations such as Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to anticipate technical bottlenecks and sequence development work effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate between business-focused Product Managers and technical engineering teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a desire to learn, grow, and optimize team delivery.
• Fluent English and French.
