Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager, Marketplace

Location: Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ office; remote and hybrid candidates may also be considered. Candidates within a 1-hour commute of an office are required to work onsite most of the time. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $139,000–$183,000 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Manage operational functions supporting the day-to-day running of the PSA Exchange business.
• Analyze operational and performance data to inform strategic priorities, identify issues, and improve business operations.
• Build scalable systems that replace manual processes and support the next phase of growth.
• Execute large-scale business transformation projects from start to finish.
• Represent PSA Exchange in cross-functional forums and collaborate with marketplace leadership.
• Use AI and other tools to automate business processes where possible.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce strategy or business operations, or 3–5 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting.
• Generalist approach and willingness to handle a wide variety of projects with an owner mentality.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with an internal sense of urgency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
