HR IT - SAP HCM and Fiori Engineer

Location: Timișoara, Romania; onsite role.

What you will do

• Design, configure, customize, and maintain SAP HCM modules in line with HR processes and business requirements.
• Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications and user interfaces to improve accessibility and user experience.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor system performance to maintain stability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the HR IT Core team to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide support and guidance to end users and internal teams.
• Participate in change management, system enhancements, process automation, and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP HCM system administration, configuration, and customization.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and organizational structures.
• Experience with system integration and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Expertise in SAP Fiori application development and UI design.
• Proficiency in ABAP, OData, REST API development, SAP UI5, and modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and other SAP modules.
• Experience with change management, system implementation projects, HR analytics, and reporting tools.
• Certification in SAP HCM or Fiori development.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
