SAP Finance Lead / SAP FI Team Lead (SAP)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the SAP FI team and ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Provide expert advice and solutions for finance and controlling processes in SAP.
• Act as the liaison between business and IT and translate complex finance processes into clear documentation.
• Review technical documents, training materials, project deliverables, and testing results, including UAT.
• Conduct training sessions and guide employees and stakeholders through new SAP procedures.
• Support issue resolution during project implementation and changing management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience as an SAP FI Team Lead or Leading Consultant.
• Minimum 5–7 years of functional experience in finance and controlling positions in multinational companies.
• Hands-on involvement in at least one large-scale ERP implementation, ideally as a finance functional expert.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party systems such as Wise, Concur, Workday, and Salesforce with SAP environments.
• Deep understanding of finance and controlling processes in SAP and expertise in change management methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical SAP concepts for business stakeholders, with strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience training and mentoring team members and keeping current with SAP trends and best practices.
