SAP DM Solution Designer & Customization Lead (SAP DM)

Location: Hybrid remote/office in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

• Lead and design SAP DM customizations in line with development guidelines and contribute to evolving those standards.
• Implement SAP DM production process designs and POD plugins using reusable, template-based approaches for manufacturing facilities.
• Design and implement XSLT customizations for SAP DM integrations.
• Assess the technical feasibility of customer-specific developments and align solutions with project goals.
• Coordinate external development teams, support code reviews, and facilitate refactoring and developer training.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior developer with proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, JsDoc, and TypeScript.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly understand manufacturing processes.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Initial experience leading a small team.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
