SAP Senior/Lead SD Consultant

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between business and IT, translating business requirements into SAP deliverables.
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes during the migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Own Sales Order Management, SD Billing, and integration with Finance for General Ledger and tax postings.
• Lead data management, active cycle process analysis, documentation reviews, and solution design.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, support issue resolution, and participate in testing, including UAT.
• Create documentation and training materials and explain complex SAP concepts to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of consulting experience in Sales & Distribution and finance or related positions in multinational companies.
• Experience as a Lead or Senior SAP SD Consultant with in-depth knowledge of SD Billing and integration with FI, including General Ledger and taxes.
• Hands-on experience leading Sales and Order-to-Cash process migrations from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Extensive Lead SD Consultant experience, including participation in a major ERP implementation as a key finance functional specialist.
• Hands-on experience as a Delivery Lead and Team Lead, bridging business and IT and supporting successful project delivery.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce integration.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and data management.
• Knowledge of SAP SD configuration, FI integration points, Billing, and taxations, plus expertise in data analysis, quality management, and compliance.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, support business-IT alignment, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to stay current with emerging trends, best practices, and new developments.
