What you will do

• Propose, implement, and maintain AI-driven solutions to improve and automate infrastructure and increase development-team productivity.
• Design, build, and maintain self-hosted and public-cloud environments for applications and services.
• Collaborate with software developers to build stable, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
• Participate in migrations from self-hosted environments to the cloud, virtual machines to Kubernetes, and monoliths to microservices.
• Advise colleagues on the impact of DevOps practices, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain high standards of communication, productivity, and teamwork across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, or in infrastructure or build processes.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered solutions and confidence implementing innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Good coding skills for automation solutions using Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and Configuration Management tools.
• Experience with public cloud services and metric-based monitoring solutions.
• Good administration-level understanding of Kubernetes and Linux.
• Drive to grow as a DevOps Engineer, with an open-minded and can-do attitude.
• Solid English skills for effective communication with team members.
