DevOps Engineer (Banking)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia or Gdańsk, Poland; 3 days per week from the office.

Salary: 960–1,040 PLN/day on B2B.

What you will do

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting Loan IQ environments and loan processing.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, delivery automation workflows, and operational automation.
• Integrate banking systems and optimize end-to-end lending workflows.
• Monitor platform performance and implement reliability improvements.
• Support cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, and technical and solution-level architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with development, operations, business, and other stakeholder teams.

Requirements

• Several years of DevOps engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of financial services and banking environments.

• Experience with loan processing.
• Experience with loan processing or lending platforms.
