What you will do

• Write clean, iterative code using test-driven development, SOLID principles, object-oriented design, and pair programming.
• Use continuous delivery practices to improve software delivery speed.
• Collaborate in product-focused teams with Business Analysts, Quality Analysts, Designers, Project Managers, and other colleagues.
• Build innovative customer experiences and software solutions that create meaningful change for clients across industries.
• Apply technology practices and insights from the Technology Radar to solve client problems.
• Collaborate with teammates from diverse backgrounds while addressing varied client challenges.

Requirements

• Less than one year of professional experience working as a developer.
• Understanding of analysis, design, coding, and object-oriented concepts.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, flat environment that values transparency, openness, feedback, and change.
• Passion for learning and sharing knowledge, with a desire to create meaningful solutions for business problems.
• Resilience in ambiguous situations and the ability to approach challenges from multiple perspectives.
