Finance Business Advisory Manager (Fintech)

Location: NCR - WGC, Philippines

What you will do

• Partner with business teams on financial analysis, commercial reviews, and business case development.
• Review projects after implementation to assess performance and business impact.
• Provide insights connecting financial results with business strategies and initiatives.
• Recommend actions that improve profitability and support company goals.
• Coordinate with financial reporting, budgeting, and management reporting teams to ensure accurate activity recording and alignment of financial targets, KPIs, costs, and revenues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, treasury, budgeting, accounting, or audit.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• CMA, CFA, MBA, or CPA.
