Sr. Specialist, FP&A (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement. Other locations: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Jakarta, Indonesia. No relocation; no travel required.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day FP&A activities for AP Cluster markets, including actual closing, sales and expense variance analysis, Flash Sales reporting, and risk and opportunities management.
• Coordinate and prepare forecasts, budgets, Tally, and LROP across multiple functional areas.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and YTD financial reporting packages covering sales, expenses, risks, and opportunities against budget, prior year, and latest forecast.
• Consolidate market-level variance analysis, risk and opportunities, and Flash Sales information into cluster management reporting.
• Conduct pricing, profitability, BD, partnership, and commercial spend analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with market finance leads, SCM, CSS, regional and global functions, and support simplification projects, planning orientations, and taskforces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• More than 6 years of finance experience, including at least 4 years of financial planning experience.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, or Power BI experience.
• Good command of English and the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of SAP, BPC, LPT, and Office applications.
• Strong compliance mindset and experience, business acumen, business understanding, and strategic thinking.
• Proactive and self-driven approach with the capacity to solve complex situations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, collaboration, and people management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• CPA or CMA certification.
