Branch Manager (Car Rental Operations)

Location: Perth Airport, Australia. Onsite role. Full Australian working rights are required.

What you will do

• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals while driving upsell performance and fleet utilisation.
• Analyse performance trends, prepare reports, and implement action plans to improve branch results.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the team, set clear expectations, and maintain accountability.
• Deliver premium customer service, resolve escalations, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage P&L, control costs, and optimise rostering according to demand and sales opportunities.
• Maintain fleet presentation, minimise downtime, and ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards.

Requirements

• Experience in sales-led retail, operational management, or customer service.
• Strong sales ability with a results-driven approach and confidence achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with P&L responsibility and confidence analysing KPIs and financial data.
• Solid reporting capability and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, growth-focused attitude and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Current full driver's licence, full Australian working rights, and successful completion of a National Criminal History Check are required.
