Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Full-time onsite work five days per week in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of products and manage planning from end to end at product and SKU level.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, site availability, service levels, and inventory commitments.
• Plan and schedule workflow for Packaging and Operations while coordinating with Manufacturing Planning and Global Supply Chain teams.
• Support Demand and Operations Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, product launches, and product discontinuances.
• Use BI and Tableau tools to monitor critical items, identify priorities, and support customer service targets.
• Maintain GMP requirements, support KPI achievement, communicate bottlenecks and solutions, and participate in continuous improvement and special projects.

Requirements

• Knowledge of manufacturing planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and supply chain processes.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as BPCS, SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent, plus production scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze large data volumes, translate findings into operational plans, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Manufacturing Planning, or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Science, or a related field.
• Full-time onsite availability in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico.

Nice to have

• Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing industry.
• Completed or in-progress APICS, CPIM, or CSCP certification.
