Demand Planner

Location: Hybrid role based in Ewing, New Jersey, with in-person attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays.

Base salary: $71,000–$101,100 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop, refresh, and publish rolling 18-month weekly and monthly demand forecasts by brand and UPC.
• Partner with marketing, inside sales, sales, finance, and supply chain teams to incorporate customer needs, product launches, discontinuations, and promotional plans.
• Lead Pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings and coordinate contingency planning with cross-functional departments.
• Track forecast accuracy, analyze forecast errors using JDA and Power BI, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Communicate demand changes to Supply Chain Planning and develop forecasts and timelines for new product introductions.
• Use AI tools to improve data analysis efficiency.

Requirements

• BS degree required, preferably in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of demand planning or related supply chain experience, preferably in CPG.
• Working knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong system and analytical skills, including extracting and compiling data from multiple systems, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
• Ability to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and a professional, team-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience using JDA demand planning systems.
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP/planning systems.
