Manager Production (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own people, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and equipment performance across the assigned value stream.
• Develop near-term and long-range production plans aligned with customer demand, people, equipment, materials, and capacity.
• Lead equipment ownership, safety and waste walks, OEE improvement, reliability initiatives, and elimination of recurring losses and constraints.
• Direct Quality Storm 180 and related quality campaigns, including root-cause analysis, corrective actions, issue closure, and effectiveness verification.
• Own continuous improvement and evaluate automation, digital manufacturing, analytics, intelligent quality, condition monitoring, and applicable AI solutions.
• Develop team capability through recruiting, training, certification, skill-matrix development, coaching, performance feedback, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience as a Production Supervisor or equivalent shop-floor leader, including people management and production execution in a complex manufacturing environment.
• High integrity, strong communication and collaboration skills, commitment, teamwork, and results orientation.
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving capability, including the ability to apply RCCA, Lean tools, and data analysis to close issues.
• Demonstrated change leadership and the ability to influence across functions, remove resistance, and translate improvements into execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good English reading and writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in inventory, materials management, or supply chain collaboration.
• Experience with OEE improvement, TPM or autonomous maintenance, Lean manufacturing, quality campaigns, or digital manufacturing projects.
• Experience with new product introduction, line start-up, production ramp-up, or major process-change initiatives.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
