Earn Operations Intern (Web3)

Location: Hong Kong; remote-first, work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the nature of the role and team.

What you will do

• Develop an understanding of Simple Earn mechanisms, especially Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
• Support growth campaigns and communications for user acquisition, engagement, and Simple Earn product growth in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and KOL/Affiliate teams.
• Monitor daily product performance, flag issues, and support troubleshooting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign and growth initiative performance, user insights, and feedback; prepare reports and share market and competitor insights on Earn and DeFi products.
• Research and contact token partners, explore collaboration opportunities, and support VIP and institutional client onboarding.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and learn the full Earn product and operations workflow.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and lending and borrowing mechanisms.
• Good analytical and user insight skills with sound business sense.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external token project partners.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on KPIs and results; able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, TradFi, or internet platforms.
• Additional languages.
