Senior AI Engineer

hirify.global is a post-Series B startup developing network automation and network assurance solutions for enterprise customers using verified digital twins of enterprise networks.

What you will do

• Build and ship AI features for network assurance use cases, including change assurance, troubleshooting, compliance, and vulnerability detection.
• Own assigned AI features from implementation and testing through production deployment.
• Use MCP and agentic frameworks to build reliable, production-grade AI capabilities.
• Contribute to shared AI infrastructure, engineering patterns, and tooling used across the AI team.
• Participate in design discussions and technical reviews, raising trade-offs and risks early.
• Propose feature ideas and technical solutions, use AI code-assist tools in daily development, and share learnings with engineering.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience building and shipping features end-to-end to production, beyond prototypes or proofs of concept.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean, tested, production-ready code.
• Practical experience with MCP or similar AI integration patterns.
• Ability to reason about design trade-offs involving latency, cost, reliability, and availability.
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical choices to engineers and product stakeholders.
• Daily hands-on use of AI code-assist tooling in personal development work.

Nice to have

• Experience with network-centric, data-heavy, or infrastructure products.
• Recent hands-on AI engineering experience, especially building and shipping LLM-based or agentic features to production.
• Familiarity with network concepts such as routing, topology, and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to MLOps or production AI operations, including monitoring, cost control, and regression testing.
• Interest in progressing toward Staff-level scope.
