Legal Engineer (Legal AI)

Location: Hybrid in Prague, Czechia, with at least eight days per month at the office; applicants may be required to attend onsite interviews.

hirify.global’s Legal & Regulatory Division develops Libra, an AI platform for legal research, drafting, and legal-work automation.

What you will do

• Design, test, and optimize AI-powered legal workflows and Libra Assistants with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Work directly with law firms and corporate legal departments to understand use cases, map processes, and configure tailored solutions.
• Translate legal expertise into structured data, prompts, and workflows that produce accurate and legally robust AI outputs.
• Support customer pilots and proof-of-concepts using real legal documents, templates, and research workflows.
• Advise clients on AI-assisted legal work and create learning materials for the Libra Academy.
• Provide product feedback on prompt quality, accuracy, and domain coverage while monitoring legal technology and AI developments.

Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in private practice or in-house legal roles.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, and legal innovation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to break complex legal processes into logical steps.
• Outstanding communication skills for working with technical teams and legal stakeholders.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments, with a tech-savvy builder mindset.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Czech language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal tech, product management, or automation projects.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and agile methodologies.
