Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Czechia; must be based in or near Prague and available for regular in-person collaboration sessions. Hybrid working mode with flexibility to work from home or the office outside those sessions.

What you will do

• Build greenfield freight AI products addressing real-world carrier-side operational problems.
• Develop real-time market ingestion systems that process fragmented, duplicated, and rapidly expiring data for agent reasoning.
• Design durable multi-step agent execution across external systems, retries, deployments, and partial failures.
• Define protocols covering schemas, identity, trust, and negotiation rules between agents.
• Build evaluation and observability capabilities for systems making financially consequential decisions.
• Own product surfaces end-to-end, from data ingestion and system design through UI development and product direction.

Requirements

• Senior full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping TypeScript systems end-to-end.
• Experience building non-trivial systems with LLMs, including tools, retrieval, multi-step agents, and evaluation.
• Experience with event-driven microservices and domain-driven design.
• Ability to take an agreed problem or product surface from definition through delivery.
• Must be based in or near Prague and available for regular in-person collaboration sessions.
