Staff Frontend Software Engineer (Management Solution)

Targeted compensation guideline: up to $170,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop modern web applications for device onboarding, lifecycle management, configuration, orchestration, analytics, dashboards, reporting, identity management, and enterprise integrations.
• Build reusable UI components and frontend frameworks used across multiple products.
• Deliver responsive interfaces for large-scale deployments and datasets across cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL services, streaming telemetry, and microservice-based architectures.
• Collaborate with product management, UX design, application engineering, platform engineering, and quality teams on complex networking and security workflows.
• Optimize performance, scalability, accessibility, and usability; conduct design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and evaluate emerging frontend technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional frontend development experience, including leading complex web application initiatives.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience designing scalable frontend architectures and reusable component frameworks.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented design, and modern web application architecture.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and microservice-based systems.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of secure coding guidelines.
