What you will do

• Provide technical manufacturing support using engineering approaches to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
• Release, add, and change process instructions.
• Establish performance reports and perform manufacturing yield and process monitoring.
• Improve processes and solve manufacturing problems.
• Supervise technicians and provide training and performance guidance.
• Coordinate product-related technical issues with other sections and overseas organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication and computer operation.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Data analysis skills, including Excel and basic statistics.
• Project management, innovation, and coaching skills.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of HDD process and technology, HDD quality management, and ESD and contamination control.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts.
