Manufacturing Supervisor Internship

Location: Korat, Thailand; on-site manufacturing role. Travel: None.

hirify.global operates a large manufacturing facility producing cloud-based storage equipment, from storage components to finished drives.

What you will do

• Plan and review materials, manpower, process standards, and machine or equipment resources for the manufacturing build plan.
• Support production of finished drives while controlling quantity, quality, and cost targets.
• Improve work processes in the responsible area with a focus on waste reduction.
• Implement technical solutions and systems to improve the work area and assigned responsibilities.
• Summarize assigned work and provide updates to the management team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated teamwork and self-motivation.
• Good summary and presentation skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize multiple tasks, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work both hands-on and analytically to solve problems.
• Fast learning capability.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn advanced analytical tools and computer programming.
