LSS Process Analyst Senior (Lean Six Sigma)

What you will do

• Mentor LSS certification candidates and project leaders through Lean tools, DMAIC methodologies, and project deliverables.
• Design, organize, and conduct training sessions for Yellow Belt candidates.
• Improve training processes, materials, and delivery methods.
• Plan, lead, and facilitate Kaizen events across business units.
• Assess process maturity with cross-functional business counterparts and develop continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Champion problem-solving, efficiency, change management, digitization, and customer success across the NALA region.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or a dedicated Lean Six Sigma role.
• Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kanban, and DMAIC.
• Experience developing training materials, leading workshops, and conducting Kaizen events.
• Ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, and work effectively with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Change management capabilities.

Nice to have

• An advanced, highly experienced Green Belt certification.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with end-to-end process mapping, training and mentoring, digitization, and customer success within a regional technology ecosystem.
