ITAD Business Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite, first shift

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for ITAD operations, performance management, and business decision-making.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, exceptions, root causes, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics and communicate actionable findings to regional and global stakeholders.
• Support ITAD portal users with functional questions, data issues, process execution, troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into dashboards, reports, portal enhancements, and process improvements.
• Validate data and reporting accuracy, support portal changes and UAT, and identify opportunities to automate or simplify manual activities.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, operations, IT asset management, or a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, data visualization, dashboard development, data analysis, KPI reporting, data validation, and data quality.
• Experience gathering business requirements, analyzing business and operational processes, performing root cause analysis, solving problems, and supporting process improvement.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing, user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
• Knowledge of supply chain and operations, effective communication, analytical thinking, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, customer centricity, collaboration, problem solving, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience supporting business applications, portals, or digital workflow solutions.
• Experience in IT Asset Disposition, asset management, reverse logistics, returns, or services supply chain.
• Power Query, SQL, DAX, advanced Microsoft Excel, data modeling, workflow and portal support, SAP or other ERP applications, process automation, and continuous improvement.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Lean Six Sigma, project management, supply chain, or IT asset management certification or training.
