Process Development Expert (AI)

What you will do

• Lead AI- and ML-driven initiatives focused on data quality, automation, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement improvements to SIRVAL/GRFE processes and related platforms.
• Partner with Global Operations, Technology, Output, Content, and Statistical Operations teams to deliver scalable improvements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, deployment, adoption, training, stakeholder communication, and change management.
• Monitor quality and performance KPIs, resolve data, system, and operational issues, and maintain process documentation, governance standards, and quality controls.
• Provide technical and functional expertise for platform enhancements and global implementations.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency with fluent speaking and writing.
• Ability to collaborate across markets, cultures, and functions; translate operational needs into requirements for AI and ML initiatives; and work with technical specialists to develop, test, and implement process changes.
• Analytical thinking and foundational programming skills, such as Python or R, including the ability to understand and modify simple scripts.
• Basic SQL knowledge, including querying, filtering, joining, and aggregating data for operational analysis and validation.
• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI output validation, prompt creation, response evaluation, and responsible AI usage.
• Experience with GRFE/SIRVAL or Nielsen Input Validation processes, together with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive process improvement initiatives, manage projects, and influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, training, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and coordinate the resolution of data-, process-, and product-related queries; understand the Input Validation process thoroughly; and manage complex projects independently.
