AI Workflow Transformation Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Identify and shape AI-enabled improvement opportunities with business functions.
• Map current workflows and support future-state redesign, clarifying human-led, AI-assisted, automated, review, and escalation activities.
• Turn opportunities into practical plans with outcomes, owners, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
• Coordinate business, technology, data, automation, legal, risk, compliance, and enablement stakeholders.
• Define value measures, track outcomes, and capture reusable transformation patterns.
• Support adoption by gathering feedback, identifying blockers, and helping teams embed new ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, programme delivery, consulting, AI transformation, SaaS operations, or a similar field.
• Strong ability to understand, map, and improve business workflows or operating practices.
• Experience turning ambiguous business problems into clear opportunities, plans, and outcomes.
• Comfort working across business, technology, data, automation, legal, risk, or compliance stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of AI tools, automation, workflow tooling, or digital transformation.
• Good delivery discipline, commercial judgement, and ability to link workflow change to business value.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, practical, and comfortable with ambiguity; able to influence without authority and bring order to complex problems.
• Commitment to measurable outcomes, lasting adoption, low-ego collaboration, and high standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, technology, digital platforms, consulting, or high-growth global businesses is strongly preferred.
