Technical Program Manager II, Developer Experience & Client Platform (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid workplace.

Salary: €51,837–€62,832 per year in the greater Barcelona area, plus a long-term incentive plan with a company performance-based cash payout.

What you will do

• Develop program roadmaps with engineering managers, defining objectives, sequencing, and success measures.
• Drive delivery across Developer Experience and Client Platform, managing cadence, dependencies, risks, escalations, and cross-team initiatives.
• Communicate platform changes to engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts, and drive adoption of delivered capabilities.
• Aggregate feedback from internal makers, turn complex input into prioritized recommendations, and guide decisions on investment and adoption.
• Identify duplicated capabilities and work with teams to consolidate them into shared solutions.
• Define and report adoption, cycle time, release health, and developer satisfaction metrics while maintaining plans, documentation, and status processes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience driving technical projects and programs in a platform, developer tooling, or client engineering context.
• Experience delivering platforms or internal tooling for other builders and driving adoption with engineering users.
• Technical fluency across CI/CD, development environments, mobile release paths, web platforms, edge routing, and shared client libraries.
• Ability to pressure-test plans with engineers, identify dependency risks early, and drive them to resolution.
• Experience aggregating needs across multiple teams into recommendations and guiding decisions on what to build, skip, and adopt, including identifying duplication.
• Experience communicating technical change to engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts.
• Strong program management fundamentals, including plans, status processes, success metrics, clear escalation, and independent data discovery.
• Practical hands-on experience applying AI to personal work, with a clear perspective on where it creates leverage and where it does not.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile release management or modern client architecture, such as React Native, Next.js, design systems, or edge platforms such as Cloudflare.
• Exposure to AI-native engineering tooling, including coding agents or MCP integrations.
• Experience working across European and U.S. teams in a globally distributed organization.
