What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Associates.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable technology roadmaps and execution plans.
• Drive complex analyses, business cases, executive recommendations, reporting, and decision-making materials.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Technology, Business, Legal, Data Privacy, and Information Security.
• Own governance frameworks, portfolio management processes, and strategic planning activities.
• Shape technology and service innovation roadmaps, transformation initiatives, operational excellence programs, AI-related opportunities, and strategic technology decisions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, Corporate Strategy, or Portfolio Management.
• Experience leading teams, workstreams, or complex strategic initiatives.
• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across complex organizations.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
