Technology Portfolio Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Transform strategic priorities from the CTO organization into actionable technology plans and initiatives.
• Develop business cases, executive recommendations, presentations, and data-driven insights.
• Drive cross-functional programs across Technology, Business, Legal, Data Privacy, and Information Security.
• Manage governance, technology portfolios, and strategic roadmaps.
• Support technology transformation initiatives, including AI-related challenges and opportunities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across countries, functions, and seniority levels, including crisis-management action plans when required.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Strategic PMO, or Portfolio Management.
• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or another technical discipline.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence, including the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them clearly.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• A structured, highly proactive, organized, and execution-oriented approach.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, influence without formal authority, and solve complex challenges.
