What you will do

• Identify prospects through market analysis and cold calling, engage potential clients, organize meetings, and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
• Attract and recruit consultants with the required expertise and support their growth.
• Mentor and lead the team, ensure project success, and maintain consultant satisfaction.
• Oversee the business unit’s performance, analyze financial results, optimize outcomes, and lead daily operations.

Requirements

• Young graduate with a Master’s degree in business or engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment focused on excellence and continuous learning.
• Structured and organized approach with a competitive, collaborative, and innovative mindset.
• Strong interest in data and artificial intelligence, with curiosity about new technologies and their impact on business.
