Consultant, EMEA Strategy Consulting (Life Sciences)

Location: EU Wide — offices in London, Cambridge, Paris, Munich, Madrid, Amsterdam and Switzerland. Right to live and work in the recruiting country is required.

What you will do

• Manage or lead multiple consulting projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead internal and external project teams in designing, developing and delivering client deliverables.
• Act as a key client contact, maintain communication throughout projects and follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide strategic direction, intellectual leadership and subject matter expertise to clients and delivery teams.
• Develop client reports and presentations, present findings, and support the creation of intellectual property for future engagements.
• Lead people-related workstreams, contribute to business development, and coach 3–4 staff members.

Requirements

• Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry with evidence of career progression.
• Demonstrable experience in and commitment to the life sciences industries.
• At least 1 year of project management experience focused on multinational strategic consulting projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, meeting chairing, workshop facilitation, business writing and report writing.
• Ability to manage large and/or multiple projects, juggle priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
• Experience working in sizable or multidisciplinary teams and leading staff, with a track record of leadership and people development.
• Experience developing credible relationships with senior managers and executives in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry issues and current developments, consulting methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in spoken and written English, willingness and ability to travel, and the right to live and work in the recruiting country.
