Senior Manager Energy & Industry

Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands, with the opportunity to work from home, the client, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Guide energy and utilities companies through the transition toward the New Energy Reality.
• Lead projects such as market and market-entry studies, operational process improvement, investment decision-making, regulatory compliance, outsourcing, and vendor selection.
• Ensure projects are delivered beyond expectations with support from hirify.global consultants and client representatives.
• Coach and mentor consultants and manage project teams.
• Contribute to business development and sales support.
• Monitor company and market trends and trigger actions to adapt hirify.global’s offerings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least 8 years of consulting experience within the utilities industry.
• Business network at relevant energy companies.
• Strong understanding of energy-market developments and their impact on value-chain actors.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Dutch.
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial, and flexible approach.
• Relevant skills in managing teams.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
