Supervisor, Logistics (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite - Huntsville, Alabama, United States

Salary: $69,650–$105,850 per year, plus performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Supervise a rotating shift of hourly shipping and receiving workers handling Vikrell molding compound and molded bathing components.
• Meet posted shipping schedules while maintaining quality, safety, and cost standards.
• Assign labor to tasks according to crewing needs and contractual requirements.
• Monitor shipping results, budget rates, process specifications, equipment, and operational efficiency.
• Train shift employees on process procedures and conduct or participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Administer the labor contract and plant rules, handle appropriate discipline, and drive continuous process and equipment improvements.

Requirements

• College degree in a related field.
• Experience and demonstrated success in a leadership position requiring achievement of standards or goals through subordinates.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
