What you will do

• Lead Lean methodologies, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Standard Work, across global manufacturing plants.
• Identify waste, inefficiencies, and process variation, then implement sustainable countermeasures and hands-on improvement events.
• Develop and execute cost-saving initiatives, partnering with plant leadership, engineering, and finance to track and validate results.
• Establish standardized processes, operating procedures, tools, metrics, and reporting across the global manufacturing network.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to deploy strategic initiatives and share best practices.
• Coach plant teams, support training and CI champion development, and contribute to the long-term digital manufacturing and continuous improvement roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience applying Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to identify process waste, inefficiencies, and variation and implement measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ability to develop and execute cost-saving initiatives and track savings with plant leadership, engineering, and finance.
• Ability to standardize processes, operating procedures, tools, metrics, and reporting across multiple sites.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and plant leadership.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams on Lean principles, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
