Location: Onsite in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:36 p.m.

What you will do

• Complete an assigned company project and support additional activities assigned by the mentor.
• Support operational and administrative activities for the assigned department.
• Prepare reports, presentations, information analyses, indicators, and metrics.
• Maintain departmental databases and records and follow up on operational and administrative activities.
• Collaborate on process documentation and improvement, participate in work meetings, and follow up on agreements.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines while completing activities related to professional training.

Requirements

• Active student of Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of production processes and basic knowledge related to the field of study.
• Valid student insurance is required.
• Basic to conversational English.
• Basic CAD knowledge for industrial drawing.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum average grade of 8 is preferred.

Nice to have

• Participation in academic projects, student activities, or social service.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and enterprise management systems.
