Manufacturing Planner (Automotive)

What you will do

• Develop, standardize, and maintain manufacturing work instructions and micro-logistics processes to improve operational efficiency, quality compliance, and process stability.
• Lead prototype builds, validation activities, and new product introductions to ensure production line readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on productivity, quality, ergonomics, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
• Analyze OEE and production performance indicators, identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and improve front-end and back-end manufacturing processes.
• Design and implement manufacturing and automation solutions to optimize labor utilization, material flow, equipment performance, and plant resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, support capacity planning through time studies and workload analysis, and manage production priorities, resources, and project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Intermediate English.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, production planning, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, Pivot Tables, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of time studies, capacity analysis, and labor planning.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and OEE analysis.
• Knowledge of AI applications.

Nice to have

• Experience in an automotive or electronics manufacturing environment.
• VBA or Power Query experience.
• Yellow or Green Belt certification.
