Chemical Management Services West Regional Manager (Aerospace)

Location: On-site presence required in the Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA area; listed locations include Grand Prairie, Texas, Valencia, California, and Woodinville, Washington. In-person work is required Monday through Thursday, with the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays. The role covers the Western and Central United States and Mexico, with travel up to 50%.

Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually, with a possible annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Oversee chemical management operations for the CMS West Region and centralized Gulfstream customer.
• Lead safety, quality, Environmental Health and Safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous-improvement activities across the regional network.
• Develop operational strategies, implement Lean Enterprise tools, and improve productivity, processes, capital utilization, and network performance.
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics, inventory levels, operational goals, and preventative actions.
• Manage the launch and implementation of new CMS programs in the West Region.
• Collaborate with the CMS East Regional Manager and teams in sales, marketing, purchasing, and engineering to align operations with customer and company goals.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen, green card holder, political asylee, or refugee.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role within Supply Chain, Category Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
