Data Solutions Analyst (AI/Commercial Real Estate)

Location: New York, New York, United States; requires working from the office 4 days a week.

Base salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year.

What you will do

• Apply commercial real estate expertise to train, launch, and maintain AI tooling.
• Support quality assurance and migration of client-facing BI dashboards to a new data warehouse.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Looker dashboards that deliver insights to clients.
• Partner with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Develop domain expertise across AI tooling, data, and client dashboards.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial real estate, including commercial real estate data analysis.
• Experience with a business intelligence or data visualization tool such as Looker.
• A track record of meticulous, structured quality assurance or data-quality work.
• Strong communication skills across technical and client-facing audiences.
• Comfort working with technical tooling and learning new domains quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with LookML, dbt, or data warehouses.
• Prior AI or LLM quality assurance experience.
• Familiarity with lease or commercial real estate contract structures.
