Staff Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY or San Francisco, California.

Base salary: $225,000–$265,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global is a cybersecurity product company developing NodeZero, an autonomous penetration testing and security assessment platform for internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, priorities, customer outcomes, and commercial performance of NodeZero Threat Hunting.
• Define the exposure-driven threat hunting category, target segments, buyers, business plan, roadmap, packaging, pricing, and monetization strategy.
• Partner with the Attack team and Engineering to build threat hunting capabilities from prototype through general availability.
• Own the end-to-end UI, API, integrations, UX, requirements, sequencing, delivery, and product success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional launches, positioning, sales and partner enablement, adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Design, and Engineering.
• Use competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, usage patterns, and churn analysis to improve differentiation, adoption, and growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with technical B2B security products, including shipping 0-to-1 capabilities.
• Experience owning commercial outcomes, including revenue targets, pricing and packaging, launches, and retention.
• Deep understanding of SOC, threat hunting, and incident response teams, their needs, pain points, and market solutions.
• Technical aptitude with MITRE ATT&CK, attack techniques, lateral movement, and security telemetry, including translating them into product requirements.
• Ability to build frameworks that bring structure to complex domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts clearly to any audience.
• Bias toward action, executive presence, experience working directly with executives, and the ability to drive strategy against success criteria.
• Curiosity, a learn-it-all mentality, and the ability to master new domains quickly.
• Hands-on experience in threat hunting, incident response, detection engineering, or offensive security.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology-related field.
