Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role requiring candidates to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City; up to 20% travel required.

Base salary: $194,000–$260,000 annually. Full-time roles are also eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.

hirify.global is a cybersecurity company developing NodeZero, a platform for production-safe autonomous penetration testing and security assessment operations across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, priorities, customer outcomes, execution, and commercial success for remediation, assessment, and inventory capabilities across the NodeZero portfolio.
• Set retention, expansion, and net revenue targets; build business plans; shape pricing and packaging; and lead reviews of adoption, remediation time, retention, expansion, and customer outcomes.
• Own the unified assessment experience, including configuration, scheduling, authorization, and inventory across Internal, External, Cloud, and WebApp operations.
• Drive a coherent hack-fix-verify customer journey, including remediation guidance and JIRA or similar ITSM integrations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, Finance, and Precision Defense to improve adoption, positioning, value realization, and cross-product consistency.
• Translate customer and field signals into roadmap decisions and shared requirements for auto-remediation and blue-team agent capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology-related field.
• 8+ years of startup product management experience with technical B2B products.
• Deep understanding of SecOps and IT teams, including their needs, pain points, and relevant market solutions.
• Experience owning shared-service or platform capabilities used by multiple product teams and working across several engineering teams without a single dedicated Engineering Manager counterpart.
• Experience building reporting or evidence-generation products for security, audit, or regulated industries.
• Technical aptitude to understand penetration-testing findings, attack chains, and remediation guidance and translate them into product requirements.
• Systems thinking and the ability to maintain a consistent cross-product experience across teams optimizing for different domains.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to use modern tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to write concise documents and emails.
• Experience demonstrating bias toward action, a growth mindset, executive presence, thoughtful self-reflection, ambition, and servant leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing or ITSM integrations such as JIRA.
